| Abstract: | According to the current situation in the development of libraries in the western regions of the country,this article discusses the necessity and feasibility of a leapfrogged development of the libraries in the western regions under the direction of the Western development strategy of the state.Besides,it is more involved in the alternative of using the RFID-oriented technology,its technical problems and their solutions. |
