| 摘 要： | 影响流化床预热器性能的主要因素之一是物料的流化质量。因此,对于水泥生料粉有以要对其流化特性进行细致的研究,本文是流化床预热器研究的系列文章之一,详细分析了水泥生料粉的流化性能,诸如:粒径分布对床膨胀;细颗粒含量对流化质量的影响等。证实了用C类颗粒作用因子F.来衡量流化质量较为适宜。

| Abstract: | Fluidized quality of matevials is one of the main factor in affecting Performance of fluidized bed preheater. So it is necessary to research for rlowing characteristics of Cement raw materials. This article is a part of researching reports of fluidized bed and analyses performace of raw materials,such as the spread of pavticle' s diameter to bed expansation, the content of fine particles to fluidized quality etc. We affirm that it is movesuitable for appreciating flowing characteristics with the 'C-like particles affecting factor'Fs |
