摘    要:采用溶胶-凝胶法合成了Ln0.567Li0.3MnO4(Ln:La,Nd,Gd,Dy,Ho)系列化合物,随着Ln3+半径的增加,晶胞参数a,c以及c/a值增大,室温下Ln0.567Li0.3MnO4电导率增大.与固相法合成相比,合成温度低了近200℃,可以有效减少锂和钼在高温合成中的挥发,室温电导率提高了一个数量级(10-6S.cm-1到10-5S.cm-1).

Abstract:In this paper,a series compounds,Ln0.567Li0.3MnO4(Ln:La,Nd,Gd,Dy,Ho),were synthesized by sol-gel methods.The cell parameters a,c,values of c/a and the conductivties at room temperature increase with the increasing of radius of Ln3+.The synthesis temperature by the sol-gel methods was about 200 ℃ lower than by the solid state reaction methods.The vaporizing of the lithium and molybdenum were effectively dereased in the process of synthesis at the high temperature,too.The conductivities of the samples prepared by the sol-gel methods were one quantity class higher than that by the solid state reaction methods(From 10-6 S·cm-1to 10-5 S·cm-1).
