应用技术大学模式下的创新人才培养路径研究

应用技术大学是我国近年来新建本科院校的主要构成体系,是我国教育发展与时代发展的产物,如何培养出符合时代需求的创新人才,需要明确创新人才的培养目标与办学定位、明确创新人才培养的专业设置体系、明确创新人才培养的师资队伍与校企合作模式,进而建立真正意义上的产学研一体化以及校企合作育人的创新人才培养观,从而把人才的培养提高到一个新的高度.

Research on the Innovative Talent Training Path under Applied Technology University Mode

The university of applied technology in China is the main component of the newly established un-dergraduate colleges in recent years. It is the product of the development of our countrys education and times. To cultivate innovative talents meeting the requirements of the times,we need to clarify the training target and the orientation of college establishment,major establishment system,faculty and college-enterprise coopera-tion modeof innovative talents training,and thus establish the real production-university-research and innova-tive talents training concept that cultivating personnel by the integration of universities and enterprises,so as to raise the talent training to a new height.
