| 摘 要： | 总结了近两年来在数控人才培养模式上所做的改革措施，在教学效果信息的反馈、分析的基础上，获得了一些成功的办法和经验，适当精简理论课程，增加实训实验，不仅可以提高学生的动手实践能力，而且对理论知识的学习也有较大的促进。

| Abstract: | This paper generalizes the reform measures of the training model of digital control talents in recent two years and introduces some successful experience in feedback and analysis of teaching effect. The experience is that we should properly simplify theoretical course, increase practice experiment, which will not only improve students＇practice ability, but also promote their learning of theoretical knowledge. |
