摘    要:目前煤层气等非常规能源已经成为世界能源的重要补充。煤层气的开发利用也进入了大规模发展的时期。作为煤层气开发重要完井方式之一的洞穴完井,也因可以有效地提高煤层气井的产能,得到了推广及应用。但是,洞穴完井不同造穴方式对该技术的应用有着很大影响。鉴于此,需要对不同的造穴方式做对比分析。通过分析不同的造穴方式的优缺点及模拟其产能,认为机械造穴方式在造穴作业上简单易行,成本低,造穴快,而人工动力造穴方式对煤层气产能的增加效果较好。

Abstract:Currently, Coalbed Methane and other unconventional sources has become an important complement to the world's energy, utilization of CBM have also entered the period of large-scale development. Cave as one of the important ways of CBM completion, can effectively improve the production capacity of the CBM wells, has got more promotion and application. However, the cavity completion of different build-up ways has a significant impact for development of the technology. In view of this, it needs to do a comparative analysis about those ways. By analyzing different ways to build a cave and a production capacity simulation, mechanical build-up way can build a cave simply and quickly, also in low cost, artificial momentum build-up way is better in the production capacity.
