| 摘 要： | 分析了我国多品种中小批量机械加工企业物资需求的特点和构成,将人工神经网络和专家系统有机地结合起来,设计并开发了一个辅助企业物资需求预测的人工神经网络专家系统.给出了实际应用例子,并对预测结果进行了分析.

| Abstract: | The specific features and composition of materials demanded by a Chinese machine-building enterprise with a variety of products turned out in medium- and small-scale batches are discussed. A neural network expert system for forecasting material demand by integrating the GURU expert system with Neuro Shell neural network shell has been developed. There are two subsystems in the system developed, the variable-assigning expert system in which, by the man-machine interface, the information concerning environmental variation is collected and the value of input variables of subsystem network assigned and the neural net- work system in which, by learning and collecting sample knowledge, the function of material demand forecast is realized. The two subsystems are connected with a data converting model. A practical example is given, with the results of forecast discussed. |
