大学生人体成分的现状分析与对策

摘    要:采用实验法,分析温州大学、温州医学院等高校学生人体成分的现状.结果显示,大四学生与大一、大二、大三学生之间体脂块(BMI)有显著差异,男女生体脂块(BMI)无显著性差异;学生腹部脂肪质量分数超质量型比例女生明显高于男生,大四学生明显高于大一、大二、大三学生;男女生上肢力量明显不足,女生左、右上、下肢肌肉质量分数正常型比例明显低于男生;大学生体内水分缺少比例最高,蛋白质缺少比例排第二.因而应制定合理的运动处方与营养处方,改善大学生人体成分现状,提高大学生的健康水平.

Abstract:Using of the experimental method,analyzed student body composition of Wenzhou university,Wenzhou medical college and so on.The results showed that there was significant difference between the body fat block(BMI) of senior and that of freshman,sophomore,junior,there was significant difference in body fat block between male and female students.Female students exceed male students in the ratio of abdominal fat mass significantly over quality type,senior exceed freshman,sophomore,junior in the ratio of abdominal fat mass significantly over quality type.Upper body strength of the male and female students was significantly less,male students exceed female students in the ratio of the normal type of left and right upper and lower limb muscle mass percentage.The ratio of students whose body lack water was most highest,the ratio of students whose body lack protein ranked No.2.We should make reasonable exercise prescription and nutrition prescriptions to improve the status of body composition and health of students.
