| 摘 要： | 知识经济时代下,企业要发展首先应该自身安定,而企业安定与否,人心所向是第一位的.只有企业形成一个团结一致、同心向上的整体,才有可能向外扩展,而不至于形成腹大中空、首尾不相顾的局面.所以,员工激励就成为了企业发展的基石.

| Abstract: | At the age of economic economy,enterprises should first be stable for their development,and the stability and cohesion are of vital importance.And only when the enterprises are united as a whole,can they expand outward and avoid being empty and chaos.Therefore,staff motivation is the base of the development of enterprises. |
