红外定硫仪的研究与设计

摘    要:介绍一种红外测硫仪的校正方法和整个仪器的软件实现。现有条件下,在煤质分析、生铁和钢中硫含量的测定中,大多采用化学检测法,化学分析方法试验数据繁多,需要查表比对,计算工作量大,分析周期长,受人为因素干扰极大。采用定硫仪分析能有效降低人为的误差,分析速度大大加快。设计过程中,对仪器进行了三级校正,对实验流程都进行了精心设计,通过准确度和重复度的试验验证,测试结果准确度符合国家标准,重复性好。仪器采用CAN总线实现上下位通讯并进行数据管理和系统设置,分析结果直观。

Abstract:Introduce an infrared sulfur analyzer calibration methods and software implementation of the whole instrument. Existing conditions, coal analysis, pig iron and steel, sulfur content, most of the use of chemical detection method, chemical analysis test data range, you need to look-up table comparison, computing workload, long life cycle analysis, by human factors interfere greatly. Analyzed using fixed sulfur can effectively reduce human error, greatly accelerate the speed of analysis. In this paper, the design process, the instrument was carried out on three level correction, have carried out careful design of experiment process, through the test accuracy and repeatability, accuracy of test results in line with national standards, good repeatability. The instrument adopts CAN bus to realize the communication between the host and the data management and system settings, intuitive analysis.
