| 摘 要： | “以人为本”是创新教育必须首先确立的基本原则,是保证创新教育有效实施的基本前提。只有坚持这一原则,做到对学生民主平等、尊重宽容、播撒师爱、注重个性,并充分调动学生的主体参与性,才能使创新教育真正落到实处。
