摘    要:本文阐述了采用微机控制的半导体激光器可靠性数据处理系统的硬件和软件设计考虑.在硬件上,以通用的12位微机过程控制接口板为主,设计出电导数、热阻和光功率测量板,数字温控板,多管巡回检测接口.软件采用汇编语言和QUICK-BASIC语言混合编程,以在完成复杂的数据处理的同时提高了数据采集和处理速度,因而获得了比较精确的可靠性数据和较强的图形功能.

Abstract:The present paper reports semiconductor laser reliability data process system controlled by a microcomputer. On hardwares, the measuring plate of electric derivative, thermoresistor and light intensity, the controlling plate of digital temperature, the part of many laser tests run on circuit have been designed by common microcomputer controlling interface of 12 bit. The soft wares adopted the mixture programs of assembler and QUICK-BASIC. While the complicated data process was finished, the acquisition and process of data were increased, more accurate reliability data and much better graph function were obtained.
