摘    要:从超精密加工的基本需求出发,介绍了超精密数控机床的主要误差源及误差产生的原因,讨论了进给系统中非线性因素对系统动态性能、静态性能及加工精度的影响,综述了进给系统非线性控制策略和误差补偿的研究现状,总结了阶段性研究成果,并对今后的研究方向及关键问题进行了展望,最终提出通过先进控制技术和全息误差补偿技术有机结合提高加工精度的总体思路.

Abstract:The sources and causes of major errors in ultra-precision CNC machine tool are described according to the basic demands of ultra-precision machining. The effects of nonlinear factors in feed system on the dynamic performance, static performance and machining accuracy are analyzed as well. This paper reviews the current research status of nonlinear control strategies in feed system and total error compensation methods, together with the research achievements of this period. As to the future research fields and some key issues, the authors make some prospects. Finally, it is proposed that accuracy of this kind should be improved by combining advanced controlling technology with total error compensation technology.
