现代远程教育与终身学习体系的构建

为适应信息社会的要求，不断增长知识，增加经验，及时有效地提高自身的科学文化水平，成为每一个人所面临的实际问题．人们已经认识到终身教育与终身学习的必要性和重要性．然而，以传统教育的特点，要满足全民终身学习的需求是不现实的．所以，我们有必要把更为开放、灵活的远程教育与终身学习结合起来，努力构建终身学习体系，为建构学习型社会创造有利条件．学以致用，使知识转化为工作中的经验，这就是本文的思考之本．

Construct of Modern Long-distance Education and Life Learning System

To adapt with the demands of information society and improve the knowledge and experience, enhancing the standard of civilization has become the main theme to everyone. People have already took the concept that life learning is more important and necessary task than ever. But with the characters of the conventional education, it is hard to meet with the need for life learning. What we have to do is to establish a more exoteric, flexible long - distance education system for life learning and put a solid condition to the study society. Put the knowledge into practice and constructing experience is the most essential idea in this thesis.
