A Probe into the Fine Works Awareness of University Journals

As one of the most important fields for Advanced Culture Construction,university journals should establish and implement the fine works awareness to improve the national comprehensive quality as well as to promote the development of science,technology and culture.This paper puts forward some suggestions on how to stick to innovation mechanics with national features by seizing the right direction,how to build up an editor team and how to emphasize publication,so as to(accelerate) and promote the reform of university journals and have real fine works and quality university journals among the vast sea of world journals.
