摘    要:Nd8Fe86B6铸锭在非平衡凝固条件下,当冷却速度比较小时,相的组成为Nd2Fe,4B+α-Fe+富B相.随着冷却速度的增大,富B相消失,相的尺寸由大变小,且分布不均匀.揭示了由于母合金在各个部位成分的不均匀性,导致‘后续工艺中颗粒长大的可能性的原因,并提出了一些可能的改进措施.

Abstract:The phase of Nd8Fe86B6 ingot is consisted of Nd2Fe14B,α-Fe and rich Nd phase with low cooling rates on the non-equilibrium solidification condition. With increasing the cooling rate,rich B phase is not observation and the phase grain size become smaller and in-homogeneity. The impossible reason of grains growth during succeeding process is analyzed owing to composite in-homogeneity of different position,and the possible improvement measures is put forward.
