一种新的水下焊缝图像信号提取方法

摘    要:简述了水下焊接图像不同于陆上焊接图像的一些特点,并比较了传统的利用阈值分割和图像边缘检测方法对水下焊接图像和陆上焊接图像的信号提取效果.在此基础上,对水下焊缝图像从频域上进行分析,提出了一种新的水下焊接图像信号提取方法,即采用小波分解去除弧光干扰和采用聚类分割方法去除气泡水泡干扰的信号提取方法,能够取得很好的效果.

Abstract:The different features of underwater welding image from land welding image were briefly introduced.And the traditional use of threshold segmentation and image edge detection method for underwater welding images and land welding image was compared.Based on this,the welding underwater images were analyzed from the frequency domain.A new underwater welding image signal extraction method was proposed.That is,using wavelet analysis to remove interference and using cluster segmentation method to remove the bubble interference.This signal extraction methods can achieve very good results.
