摘    要:从茶多酚残液中提取天然茶氨酸需通过凝絮、活性炭吸附等预处理,再经由阳离子交换树脂(732型)动态吸附、洗脱、浓缩、结晶而得.研究得出茶氨酸提取最佳工艺为:上样液质量浓度2.5g.L-1,上样液pH=3.5,洗脱液浓度0.20mol.L-1,洗脱流速为2.4BV.h-1(BV为层析柱体积).最后用高效液相色谱谱图、红外光谱表征目标物.所制得茶氨酸粗品提取率为3.07%,纯度在99.5%以上.

Abstract:The nature theanine is extracted from the tea polyphenols by the pretreatment of flocculation and actived carbon adsorption, etc, and produced after the process of dynamic adsorption, elution, concentration, and crystallization by cation exchange resin (H+ type 732). The optimal process of theanine extraction is derived by research, which is. the mass concentration of sample solution is 2.5 g·^-1 ,and its pH=3.5; the concentration of eluent is 0.20 mol·L^-1 , and its flow rate is 2. 4 BV is the volume of chromatography column BV·h^-1. The target was characterized by the spectrum of high-performance liquid chromatography and infrared spectra. The extraction rate of crude product of theanine is 3. 07% and its purity is more than 99. 5%.
