摘    要:为有效保障高档数控加工中心的可靠、稳定、安全运行,开展了刀具系统知识库构建技术研究.重点面向高档车削加工中心,构建以刀具系统为核心的状态监测试验平台;提出了基于粗糙集理论的知识获取方法;进行了知识库模型构建技术研究;建立了基于远程网络的知识获取试验平台,为用户提供了整机运行状态数据查询,为揭示机床运行中的动态性能和故障产生机理以及分析各特征参量与各种故障的内在相关性提供了关键试验技术.

Abstract:In order to effectively ensure the reliable, stable and safe operation of the high-end CNC machining center, the fault knowledge base technology construction for the cutting tool system is carried out. It focuses on the high-end turning center, and build the condition monitoring system test platform with cutting tool system as the core; knowledge acquisition method based on the rough set theory is proposed; a knowledge base model construction technology is conducted; and the network- based knowledge acquisition test platform is established, so as to provide users with data information query of machine running state, and provide the key test techniques for the generation mechanism of the dynamic performance and for the analysis of the intrinsic correlation between the characteristic parameters and kinds of faults.
