压出过程中混炼胶熔体不稳定流动的研究

摘    要:应用Monsanto加工性能试验机考察了压出过程中混炼胶试样熔体不稳定流动与口型几何参数及压出过程参变量的相互关系。在分析影响熔体不稳定流动因素的基础上,应用线性回归分析方法,导出实验条件下试样熔体不稳定流动临界压出速率判据。应用其它配方的胶料试样的实验结果进行了验证,结果表明,预测值与实验测量数据有较好的一致性。

Abstract:Experiments on extrusion of rubber compounds have been madeby means of the Monsanto Processability Tester(MPT)to examinethe relationship between the instable flow and the dies geometricparameters and the variables in extrusion process.On the basis ofanalysing for influence of the factors on instable flow of the melts,the criterion of the critical extrusion rate for sample melts instableflow was derived using a method of linear regression analysis.Thecriterion was verified by applyiug the experimental results for otherformula rubber sample.The results showed that the calculatingvalues were better compatible with the measuring data in theexperiments.
