| 摘 要： | 通过对湖南地区住宅建筑的抽样调查，统计了建筑能耗状况、体形系数、窗墙比及窗墙材料等情况，提出在建筑设计时就应做好体形系数、窗墙比及窗户等的规划设计，在使用过程中要注意采取绿化措施，提高居民的节能意识．

| Abstract: | By investigating samples of the urban and rural residences in Hunan,this paper gives statisticses about the energy consumption,the shape coefficient,the area ratio of windows to walls and material of windows in this region, then points out when beginning a building designment we should control well the shape coefficient and the area ratio of windows to walls,and that in practice we must keep the building in virescence and enhance residents' energy saving consciousness. |
