本体感觉训练促进膝关节损伤后韧带细胞增殖研究

摘    要:膝关节损伤通常是体育运动中的接触性或非接触性损伤。膝关节损伤后,如果韧带愈合不良会导致关节不稳和继发性骨关节炎,而本体感觉能够直接影响韧带细胞增殖。为研究本体感觉训练对膝关节损伤后韧带细胞增殖的影响,将某医院骨科治疗的80例膝关节损伤患者作为研究对象,随机将受试者划分成对照组和本体感觉训练组,对照组患者进行常规康复训练,本体感觉训练组患者进行本体感觉训练。实验发现,进行长期训练后,本体感觉训练组韧带细胞增殖明显高于对照组,韧带细胞TGFβ1和TGFβRI阳性表达率及表达强度评分结果与对照组相比明显升高。

Abstract:Knee joint injury is usually a contact or non-contact injury in sports, after knee joint injury, if the poor healing ligament can result in joint instability and secondary osteoarthritis, and proprioception can directly affect the ligament cell proliferation.For the study of proprioception training effects on ligament cell proliferation after knee joint injury.Will a hospital orthopedic treatment of 80 patients with knee injuries as the research object, the random subjects were divided into control group and proprioception training group, control group patients with routine rehabilitation training, proprioception proprioception training program by patients.Experiment found that after a long-term training, proprioception training ligament cell proliferation significantly higher than the control group, ligament cells TGF beta 1 and TGF beta RI positive expression rate and expression intensity grading results increased significantly compared with control subjects.
