摘    要:研究了甲醇、乙醇、丙醇、丁醇、乙二醇、丙二醇和丙三醇的细胞胞毒性,分析了甲醇、乙醇、丙醇和丁醇诱导细胞表达HSP68的浓度与其细胞毒性的关系。

Abstract:Cytotoxicity of 12 kinds of alcohols, methanol, ethanol, propanol, isopropanol, butanol, isobutanol, 2-butanol, terbutanol, ethylenglycol, 1,3-propylenglycol, 1,2-propylenglycol and glycerin, structure-activity relationship and their concentration inducing HSP68 expression was analyzed. It was found that the structure of alcohols was closely related to their cytotoxicity. Longer the hydrocarbon chain of monoalcohols is, stronger their cytotoxicity becomes. More higher the ratio volume of hydroxyl to hydrocarbon of polyalcohols is, stronger their cytotoxicity becomes. Cytotoxicity of propanol and butanol was stronger than their responding isoprpanol and isobutanol. The alcohol concentration of inducing HSP68 expression was Lower 14%(v/v) than LD 50 of responding alcohols.
