摘    要:电控系统是喷浆机器人的大脑,在本文中利用故障诊断、冗余、超声测量等技术实现了电控系统的故障容错和喷浆作业控制,使系统具有限高的可靠性和完整的控制功能,完全达到了井下喷浆作业的需要。

Abstract:The control system is the brain of shotorete robot.In this paper,the fault-tolerant and shotorete control have been realized by the technology of fault diagnosis,redundent and ultrasonic measurement.The control system has high reljiability and integrated control function,which can satisfy the needs of shotoreting work underground.
