摘    要:中华鲟(AcipensersinensisGray)是我国一级保护动物,主要分布在东海和黄海的大陆架水域及长江干流,偶尔进入通江湖泊和支流,福建省闽江也有分布.中华鲟是江海洄游性鱼类,每年6~8月到达长江口进行溯河洄游,9~10月陆续到达湖北江段,并在江中滞留过冬,翌年10~11月到宜昌江段产卵繁殖,产后立即降河返回海洋育肥[1].受精卵约7d后孵出,仔鲟顺流而下,次年5月到达长江口,9~10月后陆续进入海洋生长,性成熟后再溯河产卵[2].由于长江水利枢纽工程的修建切断了中华鲟产卵洄游的通道,长…

Abstract:A. sinensis is listed as the first class protected animals of the state distributing mainly in continental waters of the East China sea、the Yellow Sea and main current of the Changjiang River, occasionally found in some opening lakes and tributaries of the large rivers. It belongs to anadromous fish migrating between sea and rivers, spawning in fresh waters .The number of this animal has been decreased.The ex-situ culture of A. sinensis in Pution, southern Fujian was reported in the present paper. The fertilized eggs sent from Changjiang Fisheries Institute had been hatched in round cement ponds at 21.5 ℃,pH6.5,DO6mg/L for 72h in Putian Base. The yolk sac larva lived for 10 days without bait and began to feed on Limnodrilus hoffmeisteri for 46 days. Eight weeks after hatching, juvenile fed on both L. hoffmeister and artificial diet, and totally consumed the formula feed in 15 days. The survival rate of these larvae was 26% from the feeding day (1997-11-02) to the 19th month (1999-07). Sturgeon in Putiaon Base grow quickly for the suitable conditions in this study. The mean body weight was 3.9 kg and the length 100 cm in one year, and reached 14 kg (116cm) after 19 months culturing.
