| 摘 要： | 介绍了一种采用单环前馈线性化技术的射频功率放大器的电路结构及其工作原理，分析了幅度误差、相位误差和传输线延迟等因素对该放大器性能的影响，并利用专用的仿真工具进行仿真验证，结果表明，这种单环前馈功率放大器具有较低的幅度、相位和延迟的灵敏度，从而具备良好而稳定的线性化效果。

| Abstract: | The principle of a single loop feedforward power amplifier is introduced and the linearity per- formance of the amplifier is analyzed. A computer emulated result is also provided. The results show that the amplifier posses lower sensitivity to amplitude and phase error and better in linearity. |
