摘    要:将专家系统技术与决策支持技术结合起来,研制了一个仿真演示系统,该系统能在WindowsNT/XP平台上运行,可产生舰艇对空作战的战场态势,给出敌方目标威胁等级报告,给出规避机动及武器分配的辅助决策方案,供指挥员进行最终决策,该系统采用定制框架式数据结构,便于维护,并可接受来自指控系统或仿真测试床的态势数据,为开发一个新的决策支持系统提供了工具,文章介绍了本系统的设计理念,论述了它多方面的设计特色和实现方法。

Abstract:: By combining techniques of Expert System and Decision-Support a simulation demo system for command and decision of warship combats was developed. The system, running on Windows NT/XP platform, provides the dynamic field situation in warship antiaircraft combats, evaluates the threat levels of hostile targets, and gives an auxiliary decision scheme of the risk-avoiding maneuver and weapon disposition, for commanders making their final decision. The system uses the custom frame type of data structure with the ease of maintenance, takes inputs of situation data from a command and control system or a simulation test bed, and can also serve as an efficient tool for developing a new decision-support system. In the paper the design principle, versatile features and implementation methods of the system are also presented.
