摘    要:本把任意粗糙度的金属表面看成是由许多二唯傅氏分量的叠加.通过简单的唯象模式,讨论了粗糙金属表面上感应“局域场”的增大和金属表面与分子的相互作用对SERS效应的影响.分析结果表明:SERS增强不仅由与表面粗糙度有很大关系的“长程”作用决定,而且还必须考虑到具有化学效应的“短程”增强,也即还要考虑到金属电子和分子电子的量子隧道和化合引起的调制表面偶极矩.并讨论了表面粗糙度对SERS的影响.

Abstract:We take an arbitrary rough Metellic Surface as a superposition of many two-dimensional spatial Fourier components, By the simple phenomenological Modal, we discuss that the effects of the enhanced local electric field and the metal-molecule interaction on the SERS. The analysis shows that the effects of SERS depend not only on the classical long range enhancement greatly relating to the Surface roughness, but also on the short range enhancement with chemical effect, we also have to consider the modulated-surface dipole moment caused by the quantum tunneling and bonding of the metal electrons with the electrons of the molecule. We analyze the effects of Surface roughness on SERS as well.
