摘    要:在双滚子试验机上进行模拟齿轮试验。结果表明,随润滑油中极压添加剂含量的增加,金属表面抗胶合能力提高,这是由于添加剂量的增加,使反应膜面积增加的缘故。对试件表面进行显微分析看出,载荷不同时,添加剂中不同元素在起主要作用,故添加剂多为复合型。文中还讨论了反应膜的生成与破坏原因。

Abstract:Simulation tests were conducted with a pair of rollers analogues to gears. The results indicated that the scuffing resistance on metal surface will increase with the content of EP additive in lubricating oil, because of the spreading area of reaction film due to additive increment. Micrographic test results showed that under different loading different elements in EP additives will play main role correspondingly, so most of additives are of compound type. The mechanism of reaction film's forming and breakbown are discussed as well.
