| 摘 要： | 经水溶提取、乙醇沉淀、离子交换层析、凝胶过滤层析等步骤,成功从广薯98中分离到两种甘薯糖蛋白组分SPG-1、SPG-3和一种甘薯多糖组分SPPS-2.经SDS-聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳和凝胶过滤层析鉴定,均为单一的甘薯糖蛋白、甘薯多糖组分.

| Abstract: | SPG-1,SPG-3 and SPPS-2 were obtained from the cultivar Guangdong 98 by water extraction,alcohol precipitation,ion exchange chromatography and gel filtration.Each grade was homogeneous polysaccharide or glycoprotein by identification with SDS-PAGE and gel filtration. |
