| 摘 要： | 维护教职工合法权益是高校工会的基本职责。在全面建设小康社会时期，高校工会必须依法建立完善的维护机制，处理好学校整体利益与教职工个人利益的关系，把维护教职工的整体利益、长远利益和根本利益作为维权的重点。

| Abstract: | It is the basic duty of the trade union of the university to safeguard the teaching and administrative staffs lawful rights and interests.Perfect mechanism must be set up during the period of building a well off society of a higher standard in an all round way.We should handle the relation between the whole interests of the school and the teaching and administrative staffs individual interests well and attach great importance to the teaching and administrative staffs whole interests,long term interests and fundamental interests. |
