摘    要:研究糠醛气相加氢制 2 -甲基呋喃的合金催化剂的制备方法 .通过实验获得该催化剂的最佳合金组成 ,探讨活化温度、碱液含量对催化剂活性的影响 ,催化剂经反应评价糠醛转化率达 1 0 0 % ,2 -甲基呋喃选择性达 94.65% .并通过 SEM对该催化剂的形态、结构与催化剂的活性关系进行分析

Abstract:The manufacturing method of a new alloy catalyst for hydrogenation of furfural to 2 methyfuran in gas phase was developed. The catalyst with high activity and selectivity requires an excellent comonent for the alloy. The morphology and structure of the catalyst were analysed by SEM. The result shows that activation temperature and concentration of NaOH play important roles when the catalyst is activated. The optimum activation condinions were obtained. The conversion of furfural and the setectivity of 2 methylfuran were 100% and 94.65% respectively under the optimal conditions.
