摘    要:研究 X射线 Bragg- Fresnel元件中金属吸收层的热变形问题 .给出因 X射线辐射引入的热载荷所产生的金属吸收层衍射图形尺寸膨胀量及金属吸收层热应力的计算结果 .探讨 X射线 Bragg- Fresnel元件基底材料的选择和厚度尺寸与元件在热载荷作用下热变形的关系

Abstract:The present paper deals with the thermal deformation of X ray absorber in X ray Bragg Fresnel optics. The changes of diffraction pattern and the thermal stresses in absorber caused by X ray radiation were calculated. The method and conditions about the selection of substrate material of X ray Bragg Fresnel were described, and the results about thermal deformation changing with thickness of substrate were also shown.
