摘    要:建立了一种简单、快速、准确的固相萃取-气相色谱法,用于分离和测定调味品中常见的9种防腐剂(山梨酸、苯甲酸、脱氢乙酸、6种尼泊金酯类),样品经C18固相萃取柱净化,气相色谱测定,外标法定量。9种防腐剂在0.10×10-4~1.00×10-4g.mL-1范围线性良好,相关系数为0.991 6~0.998 7,回收率为90.72%~109.43%,相对标准偏差为1.25%~4.10%。方法净化效果好,可以满足日常食品中多种防腐剂的检验要求。

Abstract:A simple,rapid,and accurate method was presented for the separation and determination of the 9 kinds of antiseptic(sorbic acid,benzoic acid,dehydroacetic acid and 6 kinds of p-hydroxybenzoate) in the condiment by using a solid phase extraction following gas chromatography.The samples were purified with C18 solid phase extraction columns.Then we used the GC method for measurement and external standard method for quantitative.The 9 kinds of antiseptic show good linear at the range from 0.10 ×10^-4 to 1.00×10^-4 g·mL^-1 and the linear correlation coefficient is between 0.9916 and 0.9987.In the concentration 100μg·g^-1,the recovery was 90.72 %~109.43 % and the relative standard deviation is 1.25% ~4.10 %.This simple,rapid method was suitable for the determination of preservatives in the condiment,thus it can meet inspection requirements of a variety of preservatives in food.
