| 摘 要： | 在介绍现代企业战略管理中常用的SWOT分析法的基础上,论证了SWOT分析在高校青年教师党员发展工作中运用的可行性,进而详细分析了现阶段高校青年教师党员发展工作具有的优势和劣势、面临的机遇和威胁,探讨了高校青年教师党员发展工作的策略和措施。
