| 摘 要： | 为了研究铸态QT550-7球墨铸铁组织,铁液凝固过程及石墨球化机理,用回炉铁、生铁、废碳钢、球化剂、孕育剂等材料,采用双联熔炼法制备了球墨铸铁.经测试,化学成分和力学性能满足QT550-7球墨铸铁要求,球墨铸铁组织由铁素体+珠光体+球状石墨组成,凝固过程为糊状凝固.

| Abstract: | In order to study the microstructure of as-cast QT550-7 ductile iron,solidification processes of the molten iron and mechanism of graphite spheroidization,some ductile iron samples were prepared by the duplex melting method using the material such as returns,pig iron,steel scrap,nodularizing alloys,inoculants and so on.The composition and the mechanical properties of the materials can meet the need of the QT550-7 ductile iron after the testing.The microstructure was composed of ferrite,pearlite and spheroid... |
