| 摘 要： | 综合类高校开设广播电视编导专业,更应考虑自身条件和特色以及人才的市场实际需求,在培养模式上要明确定位、突出优势,重视培养创造型人才和技能型人才。在具体培养中,理论素养与实践能力培养应该并重,注重实践教学,在师资的引进上要更加切合专业发展的需要,课程设置应该更加规范化。

| Abstract: | Comprehensive universities should consider their own resources, characteristics, and the demands of the job market when deciding to have the training program of Radio and TV Producers and Directors. To run the program well, universities should clearly define their orientation and advantages, and should foster personnel with creative abilities and skills. To achieve these goals, universities should do the following： taking theoretical courses and courses of skills as equally important, attracting more insiders to the teaching posts and making curriculum design more reasonable. |
