| Abstract: | In this paper we discuss the block weak irreducibility of partition matrices and nonsinyulary of block weak irreducible diagonally dominant matrices, give corresponding spectral inclusion regions, improve the Brualdi's theorem and corresponding results in 2] and 3]. |
