论高校德育理念的发展与创新

摘    要:随着改革开放的逐渐深入和教育教学改革的不断深化,我国高校德育工作也不断与时俱进,在继承中发展,在变革中创新,实现了由传统向现代的德育内容与方法的全面而彻底的转型。这当中,尤以德育理念的发展与创新最为突出,实现了诸如从"服从"向"服务"、从"批评人"向"培育人"、从"单主体"向"双主体"、从"他律"向"自律"、从"单向灌输"向"双向互动"、从"被动"向"主动"等德育理念的现代转型,使德育理念与方法更为先进、科学、正确,也使德育的实效性大大提高。
