摘    要:研究光照和黑暗条件下生长的光合细菌转入不同光照强度下培养时其菌体生长速率及色素合成达率的变化,阐明光对光合细菌生长及色素合成的影响.结果表明,黑暗中生长的光合细菌进入光照条件下生长要经过一段适应期;随着光照强度的增加,菌体生长速率增加,但色素的比合成达率降低.

Abstract:Two principal types of response have been studied in this experiment:the responseof cells growing under photo synthetic condition and aerobic in the dark enforced photosynthetic development at different light intensities to expound the effect of light on pigment synthesis and growth of photosynthetic bacteria. The result shows that the growth(inoculated with culture in the dark)in the light started to grow only after a lag. Withthe increase of the light intensity,the growth rate increased and the rate of pigment synthesis reduced.
