| 摘 要： | 综述了药物控释用脂质体的研究进展情况。介绍了脂质体药物在体内的输送原理,指出了传统脂质体的优缺点,并重点阐述了两类最具发展潜力的脂质体,即空间稳定化脂质体和靶向脂质体。介绍了载药脂质体的应用,尤其是对肿瘤的治疗。

| Abstract: | This paper summarizes the progress of research on liposomes for controlled drug release.It presents the principles of in-vivo liposome drug delivery as well as the advantages and disadvantages of conventional liposomes.It highlights two most promising types of liposomes-sterically stabilized liposomes and targeted liposomes,with introduction to applications of drug-carrying liposomes,especially for tumour treatment. |
