不同尺寸钢纤维混杂增强混凝土弯曲性能数值分析

摘    要:保持钢纤维总掺量不变,建立数值分析模型,对不同长短尺寸的钢纤维混杂增强混凝土试件在3点弯曲作用下从裂纹萌发、扩展直至破裂的损伤和破坏全过程进行研究,分析其抗弯强度和韧性的改变规律及相应的增强机理,并做了损伤全过程曲线的敏感性分析.结果表明:不同长短尺寸的钢纤维在混凝土中产生协同互补作用,表现出几何混杂增强效应,且当长、短纤维的混杂比例接近时,混杂性能最佳.

Abstract:By setting up a numerical model, keeping the incorporating amount of steel fibers the same and var- ying the geometry sizes of fibers, complete processes of crack initiation, growth, expansion to final failure of re- inforced concrete have been studied in this paper. So how the bending strength and the toughness are improved and the corresponding enhancing mechanisms have been investigated. In addition, the sensitive analysis has al- so been conducted for the complete damage process curves. The results showed that steel fibers with different si- zes could collaborate and complement to each other, the concrete is, therefore, reinforced because of such geo- metrical hybrid. The optimized incorporating ratio of long and short fibers is close to 1: 1.
