人工栽培铁皮石斛中微量元素的测定

摘    要:铁皮石斛是一种名贵的中草药,主要含有生物碱、氨基酸、酚类和许多对人类有益的微量元素,具有很高的药用价值。由于天然铁皮石斛已濒临灭绝,研究人工栽培铁皮石斛的化学组分及其药效已提上日程,本文运用原子吸收的方法,测定了10多种元素的含量,并和天然产物加以比较,探讨人工栽培铁皮石斛的药用价值。

Abstract:D.Candidum is a rare Chinese herbal medicine.It main contains alkaloid,amino acid,hydroxybenzene and trace elements.So,it has high medical value.It is necessary to study the cultivating D.Candidum,including its chemical composition and medical effect etc.because savageness D.Candidum is becoming scarce.The contents of tan trace elements in D.Candidum were determined by atomic adsorption spectroscopy.The comparison of savageness D.Candidumand and cultivating D.Candidum were carried out.
