鲜竹叶中叶绿素的超声波萃取

摘    要:研究了利用超声波萃取鲜竹叶中叶绿素的新方法.以分光光度计定量测定所萃取的叶绿素.结果表明,与常用的有机溶剂提取法相比,超声波萃取法不仅萃取率高、速度快、效率高,而且是室温提取,无需加热,节约能源.

Abstract:Ultrasonic wave extraction of chlorophyll from bamboo leaves was studied. The result of quantitative analysis of chlorophyll in the extract with spectrophometric method indicates that compared to the common method of extraction, the using organic solvent ultrasonic wave extraction not only provides higher production and faster extraction but also has the advantage of needless heating.
