O—取代苯基—O—四氯乙基硫逐磷酰胺酯的合成及生物活性研究

摘    要:PCl5与Cl3CCHO加成后在低温下通入干燥的H2S/g,可制得Cl3CCHClOP(S)Cl2(1),(1)依次与取代苯酚、胺反应合成了12个具有生物活性的标题化合物。用IR、NMR、MS和元素分析对其结构进行了表征。并讨论了合成方法、波谱性质和生物活性的规律。结果表明该类硫逐磷酰胺的抑制植物生长活性较高,而硫逐磷酸酯的杀虫活性较高。

Abstract:Twelve new O substituted phenyl O tetrachloroethyl phosphoramidothioates were synthesized. The title compounds have been characterized by IR, MS, NMR and elementary analysis. Their biological activities were tested. The results showed these phosphoramidothioates are better herbicides, and these phosphorothioates are better insecticides.
