摘    要:本文对实验室制备的催化剂脱除废弃中氧化氮和二氧化硫的性能进行了实验研究,优化了实验条件。实验表明在一定的实验条件下适当提高吸附温度有利于提高催化剂的催化吸附性能,在实验条件下其最佳的催化吸附温度为120℃;压力对催化剂的吸附性能影响不明显。在温度为120℃、空速2000h-1和常压条件下,多次吸附和再生实验结果表明该催化剂具有好的稳定性能,基本表征结果也证明催化剂具有稳定的结构。

Abstract:Experimental results showed that use of relatively high temperatures improved the performance of activated carbon impregnated with KOH and Na2CO3 (ACNaK2.5) as a catalyst for removal of NO and SO2 from waste gas under appropriate conditions. Further study indicated that the optimum temperature for simultaneous removal of NO and SO2 was 120 ℃. Pressure did not have a significant effect on the removal of NO and SO2 under the experimental conditions employed. Repeated cycles of adsorption and regeneration showed that the catalyst had good stability when used at 120 ℃, 2000 h-1 space velocity, and ambient pressure. Analysis of the fresh and used catalysts confirmed that the structure of the catalyst was unchanged after adsorption.
