| 摘 要： | 本文综述了母犬发情周期及有关生殖生理研究文献，从繁育管理、发情周期特征、发情期最适交配时间测定、激素分泌异常测定、解剖结构异常、细菌及病毒感染等方面专题讨论了母犬生殖障碍病因及克服方法，提出了繁育管理是克服生殖障碍关键环节的论点。

| Abstract: | The estrous cycle, physiology of reproduction are reviewed. Fertility problems are discussed in breeding management, trail of estrous cycle, tests for best time mating copulation, measuring in abnormal hormone secretion, abnormalities of anatomic, infections aetiology,and methods of solution. Finally,key link of overcoming fertility problem in the breeding management, is presented. |
