摘    要:目的 :比较 6F、8FOasis ,6F、7FHydrolyser4种流变血栓清除导管在模拟股浅动脉的体外流体模型中的除栓效果、注入盐水量及回收液体量 ,以及与除栓过程相关的远端栓塞率。方法 :用 3d的猪血在模拟股浅动脉的体外流体模型中形成约 2 0cm长的血栓栓塞 ,分别使用 6F ,8FOa sis除栓导管和 6F、7FHydrolyser除栓导管进行血栓清除 (每组 10例 )。结果 :平均除栓时间从 39s(7FHydrolyser)到 94s(6FHydrolyser) ,P <0 0 1;平均注入盐水量从 15 6mL(7FHydrolyser)到 4 73mL(6FHydrolyser) ,P <0 0 1;注入盐水量与回收液体量的比值从 0 6 3(8FOasis)到 0 83(6FHydrol yser) ,P <0 0 1;血栓清除率为 88 30 % (6FHydrolyser)到 96 .70 % (8FOasis) ,P <0 0 1;除栓后远端微栓子形成率为 1.5 5 % (6FOasis)到 3.0 4 % (7FHydrolyser) ,P <0 0 1。结论 :血栓清除时间和远端微栓子形成率与导管的选择有关 ;注入盐水量及回收液体量的比值在所有导管都可以接受 ;在模拟的股浅动脉模型中进行水力流变除栓 6FOasis导管是最佳选择

Abstract:Aim: To determine the efficacy of clot removal and the amount of applied saline and aspirated fluid and to compare procedure-related distal embolization using the hydrodynamic thrombectomy catheter(6 F?8 F Oasis, 6 F?7 F Hydrolyser) in vitro flow model that simulat a femoral artery. Methods: Removal of clots that form from 3-day-old porcine blood was performed with the hydrodynamic eliminating catheter(6 F?8 F Oasis, 6 F?7 F Hydrolyser) in vitro flow model that simulate a femoral. Results: Mean time of elimination ranged from 39 seccond (7 F Hydrolyser)to 94 second(6 F Hydrolyser),P<0.01. Mean amount of applied saline ranged from 156 mL(7 F Hydrolyser)to 473 mL(6 F Hydrolyser),P<0.01. The mean ratio of applied saline and aspirated fluid for the devices ranged from 0.63(8 F Oasis)to 0.83(6 F Hydrolyser),P<0.01. Mean clot removal rate ranged from 88.30%(6 F Hydrolyser)to 96. 70%(8 F Oasis),P<0.01. Mean percentage of distal embolism from original thrombus ranged from 1. 55%(6 F Oasis)to 3. 04%(7 F Hydrolyser),P<0.01. Conclusion: Thrombus elimination time and embolus weight depend on the device chosen. The ratio of of applied saline and aspirated fluid is acceptable for all tested devices. In vitro flow model that simulate a femoral artery, 6 F oasis is the most appropriate device for rapid mechanical, hydrodynamic thrombus elimmation.
