非结晶铁磁合金薄带的机械性能研究

摘    要:非结晶铁磁合金薄带是一种用于磁传感器微系统中的新型材料,其电、磁及机械性能对磁传感器的性能有着极大的影响。文章采用纳米压痕测量技术研究其机械性能,并且与拉伸试验测得的结果进行了比较。试验结果表明,纳米压痕法的载荷-位移曲线能够全面反映材料的弹性、塑性变形,弹性模量及硬度的测量结果受到基底材料及粘结剂层的影响。

Abstract:Ferromagnetic amorphous ribbon is a novel material used in the magnetic fluxgate sensor microsystem. Its mechanical, electrical and magnetic properties are critical to the properties of the sensor. In this paper, the mechanical properties of the amorphous ribbon are investigated by nanoindentation, and the obtained results are compared with the measuring results of tensile test. Experiment results show that nanoindentation load-displacement curve can present plastic and elastic deformation, and with the increase of the depth of indentation, the measuring results of elastic modulus and hardness are influenced by the underlying glue layer and the substrate.
