新型比例溢流阀动特性的研究

本文根据新型压力直接检测型比例溢流阀的工作原理和结构特点,提出了简便的“信号流图”动态分析模型,从而分析了阀的动态性能,并提出了改进措施和优化目标参数,然后对阀进行了数字仿真和试验研究。结果表明,给出的数学模型简单、准确、合理,对提高阀的动态性能和设计具有指导意义,据此提出的改进措施也使阀的动态性能有了一定的提高.

Research on Dynamic Behaviour of a Newly Developed Proportional Relief Valve

In this paper, a math-model was put forward firstly according to the operation principle and structure feature a newly developed-proportional relief valve using pressure direct detecting technique to describe its dynamic performance. Then analysis and research work were done and suggestion was made on how to improve the dynamic performance and the object parameter for optimization was given. The results from computer simulation and experiment are also presented to prove the accuracy and rationality that the given model. The suggestion also made the dynamic behaviour of the valve improved greatly and the research conclusions are of directing significance in structure design of valve.
